Our quality control system and education for enhancing product quality

TYM's quality standards are specified in the inspection process to consistently produce products of the highest quality, striving to meet the diverse needs and expectations of our customers. To achieve this, we conduct quality inspections in four stages: incoming inspection, process inspection, product inspection, and final inspection before shipment.

During incoming inspections, only verified parts are allowed into the production line, and frequent inspections are conducted for all products during processes. Additionally, a final quality inspection is carried out before shipment as part of our quality management system.

Furthermore, we conduct workshops quarterly where all necessary departments such as quality, production, service, development, purchasing, and production technology participate to enhance quality. These workshops facilitate various discussions aimed at improving product quality.

Dedicated customer service department

TYM has a Service Team dedicated to consumer service and a CCC (Customer Care Center) as a communication channel for consumers. When the customer center receives a complaint, it sends the complaint to the nearest office, where it is handled based on internal procedures and service guidelines. We also have before-service and field monitoring systems to take actions to preempt anticipated complaints.

TYM conducts periodic market research and customer satisfaction surveys through its Product Planning Team to incorporate customer requirements into design. Additionally, both domestic and international sales divisions extensively investigate overall satisfaction metrics such as quality, design, and functionality satisfaction. These survey results are shared across the company and actively utilized in product production and sales marketing efforts.

TYM guarantees workers’ labor rights, including the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining. Every worker has the right to freely join the labor union according to the collective bargaining agreement and the right to engage in association activities according to appropriate procedures.

TYM complies with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We respect the rights of all stakeholders, including employees, partners, and consumers in overall business activities. We established our Code of Ethics as the basic principle for human respect, with the aim of respecting each employee as a subject with free will and supporting them as corporate citizens with proper moral philosophy.

TYM annually conducts education on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and enhances awareness regarding persons with disabilities. These are courses mandated by law and required of all employees, including contract workers.

TYM strives to develop experts who respond creatively to changes and lead innovation. Our job competency-building programs help employees improve their creativity and skills. Other programs include personal skill-building, such as leadership training.

TYM offers programs to create a desirable work environment where everyone is empowered to perform their best.

  1. Flexible work schedules: Employees can report to work between 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m`. and be on duty for eight hours a day; they have the freedom to adjust their work hours to fit their lifestyles.
  2. Pregnancy-friendly schedule: Expectant mothers’ workdays are shortened by two hours so that they can take care of their health and prepare for the arrival of the baby.
  3. Club activities: We actively support employees’ club activities to help relieve work stress and strengthen communication among employees, thus promoting work-life balance.
