The company announced it will send encouraging messages and chocolate gift sets to these students ahead of the test on the 14th. The messages and gift sets will be delivered to each household in sequence.
This event is designed to cheer on the children of employees who are taking the exam, while also acknowledging the families who have supported them through this journey.
The management team expressed their encouragement, stating, “Trust in the path you have walked so far and give your best until the end. The preparation you have done will shine on the day of the test. TYM supports you in achieving greater growth and getting one step closer to your dreams.”
A TYM representative added, “We organized this event to support the children preparing for the exam and the employees who have supported them in various ways. TYM will continue to develop as a company that grows together with its employees.”
Meanwhile, TYM is actively participating in national birth encouragement policies by expanding its childbirth incentive policy. Additionally, employees with over 5 years of service who choose to return to farming after leaving the company will receive a tractor to assist with stable initial farm management, further enhancing employee welfare.
