TYM (TYM) is set for a new leap forward with the relocation to the new Yongsan headquarters.
TYM, the agricultural machinery specialist company (CEO Kim Hiyong, Kim Dohoon / 002900), announced on the 14th that it has completed the relocation to the newly constructed headquarters located in Dongbinggo-dong, Yongsan, Seoul, and has commenced operations.
As the company has grown in size and further expanded through mergers, TYM has faced challenges in utilizing office space, such as a lack of meeting rooms and lounges. In response, TYM has pursued the construction and relocation of a new headquarters to provide a comfortable working environment for employees and to facilitate smoother communication between departments.
The construction of the new TYM headquarters was completed after a meticulous design process of one year and a construction period of a year and a half, spanning five floors above ground and three below (with a total floor area of 6,322㎡). It is expected that this will maximize work synergy among the approximately 120 employees who were previously dispersed across different buildings, as they can now gather in the same space.
The new headquarters includes spaces designed to enhance work efficiency, such as multipurpose meeting rooms and conference rooms, as well as areas that provide employee welfare benefits, including lounges and an in-house cafeteria. Notably, the showroom on the first floor will display tractors such as the T25, T76, and T130, showcasing TYM's brand image.
A TYM representative stated, "With the relocation to the new headquarters, we expect to provide a better working and resting environment for our current employees and future staff, which will further increase work efficiency. TYM will gather its collective strengths at the new headquarters to advance and leap forward to the next level."
