TYM Named #1 Dealer’s Choice Award in North America for Fourth Consecutive Year

TYM has once again proven its brand competitiveness on the global stage.

TYM announced on the 11th that it has achieved the top position for four consecutive years in the ‘Dealer's Choice Award' in North America from 2020 to 2023.

Since the integration and launch of TYM-USA (formerly TYM North America) and Branson as TYM North America in January this year, the industry evaluates it as a result that reflects significant synergy. Particularly in the North American market where renowned global agricultural machinery brands such as John Deere, New Holland, Kubota, and Yanmar are competing, this achievement holds even deeper significance.

The unified North American entity, TYM North America, has now gained enhanced capabilities in offering a broader range of services by sharing the expertise of both companies in terms of products and services. It has earned high praise for creating synergies by expanding the supply chain of parts and product lineups, in order to flexibly cater to various demands from customers across North America.

American and Canadian dealers on January 1st, where they unveiled their global market strategies and new products, sharing the integrated message 'Together as one.' Additionally, they are actively pursuing a policy of maximizing integrated synergies through investments and knowledge sharing of products and services in the global market, including a $20 million investment in facilities in the state of Georgia, USA, and the opening of their first office in Atlanta.

Meanwhile, the North American Dealer's Choice Award is an evaluation of manufacturer satisfaction organized by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), a globally respected association for agricultural machinery dealers. Each year, they conduct a dealer-manufacturer survey covering a total of 12 operational aspects, from product quality to customer service, and award companies that receive the highest ratings in each category.

TYM's CEO, Kim Dohoon, stated, "We will continuously innovate to meet the needs of global customers by presenting powerful products in the North American market this year, including an extensive lineup of tractor products." He further added, "We are determined to maximize integrated synergies as a united brand and strive to reach the top three in the North American market.
