TYM, a company specializing in agricultural machinery, is taking a new step towards becoming the "No. 1 in customer satisfaction" through industry-first large-scale customer invitation events and efforts to strengthen quality reform and customer communication.

TYM (Co-CEO Hiyong Kim, Dohoon Kim / 002900) announced on the 10th that it successfully held the ‘2025 TYM Customer Invitation Event’ on the 6th at the GUMICO Exhibition Convention Center in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, with over 100 key executives and employees from sales, service, quality, research, and product planning, including Chairman Hiyong Kim and President Dohoon Kim.
Under the slogan “Beyond Innovation, to Emotion!”, TYM held this customer invitation event. Unlike typical exhibitions that introduce products, TYM held the industry’s first large-scale VOC (Voice of Customer) event, emphasizing the importance of directly listening to customers’ voices. This event, the largest ever held, attracted more than 2,500 customers in a single day, who viewed and test drove TYM’s new ‘T4058P’ tractor, ‘TH1200’ combine, and over 40 agricultural machinery product lineups.
Chairman Hiyong Kim warmly welcomed all customers who made the effort to attend the industry’s first large-scale customer invitation event hosted by TYM, stating, “We will make more opportunities to communicate with and listen to customers through this event,” marking the start of the event.

President Dohoon Kim also said, “TYM organized this event to newly step forward as the ‘No. 1 in customer satisfaction’ company and aims for ‘quality reform’ over the next three years to enhance customer satisfaction.” He emphasized the commitment to quality reform and customer communication, saying, “The company will continue to listen to customers’ voices on quality and reflect improvement opinions, striving to achieve perfect quality standards in products, services, and parts supply for customers.”
The main highlight of the customer invitation event was the new ‘T4058P’ tractor, featuring both basic Cabin and ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) types, drawing interest from field farming customers. The ‘TH1200’ combine, introduced as a new product capable of harvesting all types of crops except rice, also received favorable reviews.
Furthermore, TYM staff directly engaged with customers, providing product information on-site for all products ranging from 20 to 250 horsepower. In addition to agricultural machinery, a space was prepared to showcase ‘MYTYM-D.A.V.E’ where customers could directly experience telematics and autonomous driving, and the ‘AGDICT’ A series agricultural machinery autonomous driving kit released by advanced agricultural machinery technology development company TYMICT (CEO Sowon Kim), offering a comprehensive view of TYM products and technology.
Notably, the highlight of the event was the ‘communication time’ with customers following the product lineup and autonomous driving technology introduction. TYM executives from each department listened to and answered customer voices and questions directly. Customers had the opportunity to inquire further and interact more closely with TYM.
The customer invitation event concluded successfully with a raffle event. The 1st prize winner received the event’s main product, the ‘T4058P (ROPS type)’ tractor, and various attendees received home appliances, TYM merchandise, and other prizes.
