Global agricultural machinery company TYM (Co-CEOs Hiyong Kim and Dohoon Kim / 002900) announced on the 1st that its Iksan plant has been selected as an “Outstanding Corporate Blood Donation Participant” and received a commendation from the Mayor of Iksan via the Jeonbuk Blood Center of the Korean Red Cross.

The commendation recognizes the Iksan plant’s efforts over the past three years in consistently conducting regular group blood donation campaigns during summer and winter periods, when blood supply is typically constrained. Through these employee-driven group blood donation activities, the TYM Iksan plant has contributed to fostering a culture of blood sharing in the local community.

The commendation ceremony was held on November 11 at the Iksan plant and was attended by Juyoung Lee, Executive Vice President of TYM’s Iksan plant; Haengsik Kim, Senior Vice President of Production Division 1; Dogeun Kim, Head of the TQM Innovation Team; as well as Donggi Kim, Director of the Jeonbuk Blood Center of the Korean Red Cross; Ogil Kwon, Head of the Blood Donation Development Team; and Mihyun Lee, Manager of the Blood Donation Development Department.
