Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the product-information, customer-consultation, and various inquiry-reception services provided on the website (hereinafter the “Website”) operated by TYM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Website” means the website (https://www.tym.world) operated by the Company to provide product information, customer consultation, and the like.
- “User” means a person who accesses the Website and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- “Inquiry” means a request submitted by a user regarding the matters in each subparagraph of Article 5 through the inquiry form, bulletin board, or the like on the Website.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Website.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant statutes, and when doing so, it will announce the amendment at least 7 days in advance (30 days for amendments unfavorable to users), specifying the effective date and the reason for the amendment.
- Where the Company has announced the amended Terms in accordance with the preceding paragraph and has clearly notified users that failure to express their intention within the notice period will be deemed consent, a user who does not expressly indicate refusal will be deemed to have consented to the amended Terms. However, for amendments unfavorable to users, the Company will also carry out additional procedures required by relevant statutes, such as individual notice.
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Website and terminate the use agreement.

Article 4 (Matters Not Stipulated in the Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant statutes (the Personal Information Protection Act; the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.; the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) and by the individual operating policies established by the Company.

Chapter 2 Use of Services

Article 5 (Contents of Services)
The Company provides the following services through the Website. Details such as the items, purposes, and retention periods of personal information collected in the course of providing each service shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy.
- Product introduction and provision of information
- Receipt and handling of product/parts inquiries
- Receipt and handling of maintenance/service (after-sales service) inquiries
- Receipt of recruitment-related inquiries (provided that, when an actual recruitment process is under way, a separate recruitment-related privacy policy shall take precedence)
- Receipt of press/media-related inquiries
- Receipt and handling of customer feedback and complaints
- Receipt of dealership-opening inquiries (Article 8)
- Newsletter subscription service (Article 7)
- Receipt of other miscellaneous inquiries
- Operation of a customer grievance channel (Customer Ombudsman) to protect customers' rights and interests

Article 6 (Handling of Inquiries and Consultations)
- The Company shall endeavor to respond faithfully, through the relevant departments, to inquiries submitted by users.
- Processing timelines and procedures may differ depending on the type of inquiry, and details shall follow individual guidance.
- Personal information collected through recruitment inquiries is managed separately from general inquiries and is processed separately in accordance with the Act on Fair Hiring Procedures and relevant statutes.

Article 7 (Receipt of Newsletters and Advertising Information)
- In accordance with Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and Article 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company obtains prior consent from users that is independent of and separate from consent to these Terms, for purposes such as: providing information on new services (including products) and events; sending advertising information via DM/SMS/MMS/postal mail/KakaoTalk (SNS); delivering prizes and providing event information; and sending newsletters.
- The consent in the preceding paragraph is obtained separately through a procedure clearly distinguished from consent to the use of basic services such as inquiry handling, and even if a user does not consent, this has no effect on the use of basic services.
- A user may withdraw consent to receive such information at any time, and the Company will stop sending it without delay after withdrawal.
- When transmitting advertising information, the Company specifies in detail, at each transmission, the sender's name, the method of refusing receipt, and the like, as prescribed by relevant statutes.

Article 8 (Dealership-Opening Inquiries)
- A person who wishes to open a dealership may submit a related inquiry through the Website.
- Personal information collected through dealership-opening inquiries (including information on the representative of a sole proprietorship) is used only for the purposes of dealer screening and contract conclusion, and its retention period and destruction criteria are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- If the screening does not result in the conclusion of a contract, the Company destroys the relevant information within the period prescribed in the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following acts.
- Making an inquiry or consultation request using false information
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Website
- Acts prohibited by relevant statutes and these Terms

Chapter 3 Personal Information

Article 10 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)
- The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide the services in each subparagraph of Article 5, and details such as the purposes of collection, items, and retention periods are governed by the Privacy Policy.
- Where personal information is collected and used for marketing and advertising purposes (guidance on new services and events, sending of advertising information, prize delivery, customer-specific statistical analysis, market research, etc., as set out in Article 7), the Company obtains separate consent under Article 7, and even if a user does not consent, there is no restriction whatsoever on the use of basic services such as inquiry handling.
- If a user does not consent to the collection and use of personal information essential to the provision of the basic services under Paragraph 1, the Company notifies the user in advance that the provision of the relevant services, such as inquiries and consultations, may be restricted; even in this case, the user has the right to refuse consent.

Article 11 (Relationship with the Privacy Policy)
- Where these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall take precedence with respect to the processing of personal information.
- The Company manages the Privacy Policy so as to maintain consistency with relevant statutes and with amendments to these Terms, and, in principle, brings amendments into effect at the same time as these Terms.

Chapter 4 Intellectual Property Rights and Liability

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- The copyrights and intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Website (text, images, designs, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Company.
- Users shall not use such content by means of reproduction, transmission, distribution, publication, or the like, or allow third parties to use it, without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 13 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services when operationally necessary, such as for system inspection, maintenance, or replacement.
- The Company is relieved of its obligation to provide services in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or emergencies.

Article 14 (Disclaimer of the Company)
- The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by users.
- The Company is not liable in connection with services provided free of charge, unless there is a special provision in relevant statutes.

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Competent Court)
- The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to disputes between the Company and users.
- In the event of a dispute, a lawsuit shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum
These Terms are effective as of September 28, 2026.
